This role involves daily responsibilities in transaction processing, regulatory compliance, and data management. Operations Officer II Key Responsibilities:
• Receive daily assignments for transaction processing and regulatory form validation.
• Validate regulatory forms to ensure completeness and accuracy, inputting data into the book of record system.
• Participate in morning team meetings to review previous day's activities and discuss tasks for the current day.
Independently manage assigned tasks throughout the day, adhering to deadlines and quality standards.
• Collaborate with team members and escalate issues to the team leader as needed.
• Maintain documentation and records in accordance with banking regulations and internal policies.
Operations Officer II Qualifications:
• Previous 2 years of experience in data entry within a banking environment is advantageous.
• Proven experience in processing transactions accurately and efficiently. • Ability to work independently and take initiative in handling responsibilities.
• Capable of quickly understanding new processes and systems.
• Proficiency in using MS Word, Excel, and Outlook for daily tasks.
• Familiarity with banking regulations and compliance requirements.
Employment Details:
• Pay Rate: $20.12 an hour
• Duration of contract: 10 months
• Hours: Mon-Fri 8:00 am – 4:00 pm, Hybrid
• Location: Markham, ON
