About the role  

The Senior Associate of Operations will join a team within Wonder’s Culinary Engineering department responsible for launching new products and concepts into market and continuously improving on existing offerings. This individual will play a pivotal role by partnering with Wonder’s chef team and cross-functional stakeholders to facilitate stage gate product development and ongoing change management.

Key Responsibilities

Scope, plan and manage multiple projects; create project plans, identify key milestones and deliverables, anticipate and mitigate risks

Uphold Wonder’s stage gate model and add value by refining processes, documentation and communications

Lead and organize cross-functional teams to collect and address stakeholder feedback, adjust timelines, and improve outcomes

Deliver leadership-ready reports and conduct analyses on project progress and results

Plan and implement pilot programs; monitor performance and present findings to inform future expansion planning

Drive continuous improvement in operational efficiency to ensure seamless end-to-end execution in partnership with Culinary Strategy

The experience you have 

A minimum of 4 years relevant experience in consumer product development, project management, or related roles.

Must have some experience working in either food, e-commerce or CPG; preferred experience in food tech or with restaurants, chefs or food manufacturers.

Exceptional project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously and meet deadlines.

Experience organizing cross-functional teams including tech, operations and growth to resolve complex issues

Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels and build connective tissue.

Demonstrated success in executing and delivering outcomes for high impact, fast-paced initiatives that drive the business forward.

Proficiency in PM tools (JIRA, Monday), BI tools (Looker), Excel and Powerpoint

Base Salary: $88,000- 97,250
