Examples of software that you will interact with: Anaplan, Blue Yonder, SAP S/4 HANA. You will work hand in hand with both your counterparts Domain Portfolio Leads on other domains, The Tech Operations Teams and the Business Operations Teams.

Your unique contribution

The Operations Portfolio Officer supports strategic planning & portfolio management decision-making processes on their perimeter. They act as a facilitator & primary point of contact for Capability, Tech & Data Product Owners when building domain roadmap, investment plan & value targets, and support monitoring & reporting on goals achievement

Your responsibilities will include:

Understand key frameworks & processes defined by the Tech Performance teamSupport product roadmap definition on their scope, sharing insights based on standard approach & tools to relevant Product Owners, Directors & Managers, consolidate overall roadmap for their domainSupport investment planning on their scope, sharing insights based on global framework & tools to Product Owners, Directors & Managers, consolidate overall investment plan for their domainConsolidate the overall domain demand Backlog and review it to identify synergies.Ensure coordination within the domain and with other domains, including during key meetings (e.g. Portfolio Synchronization)Support value metrics & targets definition on their scope, sharing insights based on global guidelines & tools to Product Owners, Directors & Managers.Collect Domain Product-related value inputs and consolidate Domain Product Value Reports.Drive and facilitate follow-up of plans & targets within their scope, consolidating and sharing insights as needed, leveraging inputs from Tech Performance Officers.Connect with the rest of the Strategy & Product Portfolio team at key steps to ensure consistency of practices/ decisionsIdentify & mitigate/escalate risks & interdependencies, secure coordination with other PR departments (Finance...)Continuously align with Tech Performance Officers to ensure continuous improvement of strategy & portfolio frameworksEngage in key animation initiatives within the team & with the rest of the Tech ecosystem (e.g. Portfolio Synchronization, Demand Backlog Review…)

Who you’ll be working with

Internally, you’ll work with Operations Portfolio Directors (Support in preparation of Domain Portfolio / Sub-Domain review), Domain Proximity Leads/Specialists (Support preparation of Domain Demand Backlog Review and synergies identification), Finance Officer (Collaborate to optimize investment planning, and budget management), Tech Performance Officer (Align to ensure improvement of strategy and portfolio frameworks)

Externally, your contacts will be Operations business teams, Tech ecosystem and external partners.

The Operations Portfolio Officer is able to translate strategic objectives into successful execution through the prioritisation of initiatives and programs.

Additionally, a good understanding of key operations processes planning, logistics, manufacturing, and procurement is a requirement.
