Description We are offering a contract to hire employment opportunity for an Operations Processor in Little Rock, Arkansas, United States. The role is within the construction industry and involves various administrative and operational tasks. The workplace is dynamic and fast-paced, making it crucial for the individual to be highly organized and detail-oriented. Responsibilities: • Accurately process data entries into our accounting software system, ensuring all information is up-to-date and correct. • Act as the first point of contact for customers, providing excellent customer service and responding to inquiries promptly. • Manage communication channels such as phone and email, ensuring all messages are attended to in a timely manner. • Assist in scheduling tasks for our employees and subcontractors, and coordinate job material orders to ensure smooth operations. • Support the Accounts Receivable department as needed, helping to streamline financial processes and transactions. • Maintain regular communication with all clients regarding job status updates, aiding in customer retention and business growth. • Monitor field staff time daily, ensuring that proper time is logged and assigned to the correct job for accurate tracking. • Utilize CRM and ERP systems to manage customer relationships and resources effectively. • Perform various accounting functions, including auditing and check processing, to ensure financial integrity. • Leverage skills in Accounting Software Systems, ADP - Financial Services, Data Processing, and other relevant tools to perform tasks efficiently and accurately.
