Description We are offering a permanent employment opportunity for an Operations Processor in the construction industry, based in Little Rock, Arkansas. As part of this role, you will be expected to carry out various administrative tasks, including processing data, managing customer interactions, and facilitating communication with clients. Responsibilities: • Accurately input data into the accounting program, ensuring the correct attachment of digital copies of vendor invoices. • Provide a welcoming environment for customers, answering phones, and managing messages. • Manage the scheduling of employees, subcontractors, and job material orders. • Assist with accounts receivable tasks as necessary. • Monitor and maintain field staff time daily, ensuring that time is correctly logged and assigned to the appropriate job for tracking. • Facilitate regular email communication with clients, updating them on job status and engaging with potential clients in the pre-construction process to aid in closing more business. • Use Accounting Software Systems, ADP - Financial Services, CRM, Data Processing, ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning, About Time, Accounting Functions, Auditing, Budget Processes, Check Processing skills to perform duties effectively. Requirements • Proficiency in Accounting Software Systems is required. • Familiarity with ADP - Financial Services is a must. • Candidates should have experience in using Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems. • Demonstrated skills in Data Processing are essential. • Knowledge of ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning systems is necessary. • Proficiency in using About Time software is desired. • Understanding of Accounting Functions is required. • Experience in Auditing is a significant advantage. • Familiarity with Budget Processes is an important aspect of the role. • Proficiency in Check Processing is a key requirement.
