Operations Processor
Description We are offering an exciting opportunity in the financial services industry, located in Carpinteria, California, 93013-2060, United States. We are seeking a diligent Operations Processor to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for various financial and administrative tasks that will support the operations of our department. Responsibilities: • Accurate and efficient processing of customer credit applications • Maintaining precise customer credit records • Monitoring customer accounts and taking appropriate actions • Ensuring compliance with company and department Policy and SOPs • Prioritizing daily team workload for efficient and accurate processing • Verifying and approving all departmental ACH and Wire requests • Ensuring trade files are properly sent, confirmed, and reconciled before the daily deadline • Managing and facilitating employee training and development • Working closely with team members and other stakeholders to ensure accuracy, compliance, and efficiency in operational processes • Managing internal projects to ensure deadlines are met and communicating with internal and external stakeholders for understanding and buy-in throughout the process. Requirements • Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including the ability to create complex spreadsheets and use advanced functions. • Proven experience in account reconciliation, with the ability to identify discrepancies and resolve financial issues promptly. • Familiarity with the financial services industry, including understanding of standard practices and regulatory requirements. • Ability to manage multiple tasks concurrently, demonstrating exceptional organizational skills. • Strong attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in all aspects of the operations processing role. • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively interact with team members and clients. • Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced environment, meeting tight deadlines without compromising quality. • Proven problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make informed decisions. • Willingness to continually learn and adapt in response to changing industry trends and company needs.
