Operations Processor - Permanent
**About this role:** Wells Fargo is looking for an experienced Operations Processor to be responsible for Cash Operations functions, including funding, forecasting and customer bank account management activities. The role interfaces with the offshore Operations Team based in India, the frontline Commercial and Service & Delivery Teams, external banks, and our local Operations Team based in London, UK. The core responsibilities of the Operations Processor are to ensure all Treasury activities including payment processing and forecasting requirements across EMEA are undertaken in an accurate and timely manner. The Operations Processor will work as a key point of for the front line teams for queries relating to payments, and customer bank account updates. As a subject matter expert, your responsibilities will include handling invoicing, cash management, participations, treasury operations, and funding activities. You will also be involved in evaluating current processes, identifying automation and simplification opportunities, and leveraging Global Operations knowledge. In this pivotal role within Operations, you will be instrumental in decision-making, resolving frontline queries, building relationships, and collaborating with various departments within CDF EMEA (Risk, Commercial, Controllership, IT). Furthermore, you will serve as the primary contact for audits and business process mapping initiatives, demonstrating a thorough understanding of the operational landscape. If you thrive in roles that demand attention to detail and teamwork, we want to hear from you. **In this role, you will:** + Ability to perform all funding, forecasting & customer bank account management activities. + Be seen as subject matter expert being able to resolve queries from front line partners or external banking partners. + Main point of contact for internal & external audits, control testing by internal stakeholders, and Business Process Mapping activities. + Raise concerns, improvement ideas, establish clear actions & follow ups. + Identify training and process improvement needs to further enhance the internal and/or external customer experience ensuring accurate & timely processing and query resolution.
