Job Summary:
Mercury is looking for an experienced Operations Program Manager III to support a newly formed team responsible for creating a bridge between Operations and the P&L in the Data line of business, and driving process rigor into EAC’s for sustaining production programs.
Job Responsibility:
Serve as main point of contact for operations into the Integrated Program Team for production programs – from material procurement through hardware delivery. Utilize robust framework for assessing operations content on EAC’s, including risk & opportunity evaluation. Manage basis of estimate process for proposal activities.Required Qualification:
5+ years Program Management experience with in at least one of the following: manufacturing, operations, supply chain, planning, program management, process engineering. Experience managing a budget P&L. Proficient in ERP/MRP systems. Experience working in an IPT structure. Willingness to travel >25%, with expectation for high level of travel up front.This position requires you to have or obtain a government security clearance. Security clearances may only be granted to U.S. citizens
Preferred Qualification:
Bachelors. Experience with DoD & Aerospace Industries. Experience leading teams and succeeding in a matrixed environment. Proficient in earned value management. Experience communicating complex concepts or ideas in a clear and concise manner to various levels of internal & external stakeholders. Detail oriented approach to assessing program health, risks & opportunities. Working knowledge of Oracle, Factory Logix, PowerBI, Mendix & advanced excel tools.
