Job Description

Responsibilities:

•\tDevelop and improve operational efficiencies for overall strategic goals and to ensure processes are planned, implemented and sustained.

•\tAllocate resources and materials to meet project deadlines in varying industries

•\tTrack and forecast operational trends and analysis

•\tProvide coordination and management for outside teams

•\tCoordinate and run calls and meetings, set agendas and schedules

•\tMaintain clear and effective communication with all stakeholders to ensure project goals are understood and met

•\tIntegrating pre-developed software systems in our business.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

•\tPrevious experience in ACE industry in architecture, construction and/or design is a plus but not required

•\tStrong project management skills, that can motivate and coordinate individuals and groups

•\t A Go Getter with strong ability to produce actionable results

•\tStrong problem solving and critical thinking skills

•\tPossessing technical qualities in setting agendas and schedules in various industries based on project type

•\tAbility to deliver organized, clear communication while assisting in accountability to the stated goals

•\tMust be a collaborator that is willing/able to take the lead, execute, and support team members under specified circumstances without much supervision

•\tSmartsheet experience is a must

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $90000.00 - $90000.00
