Job Summary

To complete assigned operations and systems work, primarily involving the administration and use of the information technology systems.  Support the Operations Department in the completion of its duties and in utilizing budgeted and allocated resources in an effective, efficient and professional manner.

Duties and Responsibilities Provide support, administer, and audit daily DOJM, R2, and CAD. Provide communications to customer, fielding customer complaints and responding to Z-mails. Maintain, update, and process service records and corrections using ESRI, MIRATA, ARCGISPRO, Documentum. Provide field record support. Provide clerical support for the input of purchase requisitios, check requests, daily crew activity roster, call-out database and special prokects.  Provide administrative and backup support in all other areas of Operations.   Perform daily time keeping data entry. Maintain timesheets for SOX requirements.   Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Working with and understanding UGI policies and procedures. Knowledge of administrative and clerical procedures and systems such as word processing, managing files and records, transcription, designing forms, and other office procedures and terminology. Basic PC knowledge, including Microsoft Outlook, Excel and Word.  Knowledge of business and management principles involved in strategic planning, resource allocation, human resources modeling, leadership technique, production methods, and coordination of people and resources. Excellent communications skills, both written and oral are essential.  Interpersonal skills are required.   The ability to work on location up to 5 days a week. Education and Experience High School Diploma or Equivalent.
