Currently, ManTech is seeking a motivated, career and customer-oriented Operations/Research Analyst to join our team onsite at Hill AFB, UT. This will be supporting the F-16 IAIS Product Support Integration effort. Responsibilities: *Managing and directing the analyses of management problems. *Performing cost analyses and modeling. *Providing information requirements and the formulating of scientific solutions as directed. *Plans, monitors and manages internal projects from initiation through completion. *Leads or coordinates project planning, resourcing, staffing, supply and subcontract management, progress reporting, troubleshooting and people management. *Ensures project results meet requirements regarding technical quality, reliability, schedule and cost. *Monitors performance and recommends schedule changes, cost adjustments or resource additions. Requires specialized depth and/or breadth of expertise. *Interprets internal or external business issues and recommends best practices. *Solves complex problems; takes a broad perspective to identify innovative solutions. *Works independently, with guidance in only the most complex situations. *Interprets internal/external business challenges and recommends best practices to improve products, processes, or services. *May lead teams or projects with moderate resource requirements, risk, and/or complexity. *Leads others to solve complex problems; uses analytical thinking, tools, and judgement to identify innovative solutions. *Impacts the achievement of customer, operational, project or service objectives; work is guided by department objectives. *Communicates complex concepts; anticipates potential objections and influences others to adopt a different point of view. Minimum Qualifications: *Bachelor’s degree in a related field and ten years of experience, or four additional years of related experience in lieu of a degree. *Experience with planning, monitoring, and managing internal projects from initiation through completion. *Experience leading or coordinates project planning, resourcing, staffing, supply and subcontract management, and progress reporting. ​ Preferred Qualifications: *F-16 avionics experience *Automatic Test Equipment experience. Clearance Requirements: *U.S. Citizen *Ability to obtain and maintain a DoD Secret clearance Physical Requirements: *The person in this position must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time. *Occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, or to communicate with co-workers, management, and customers, via email, phone, and or virtual communication, which may involve delivering presentations.
