Responsibilities Perform as an Operations Research Analyst in a Program/Project office participating in planning/conduct of studies relating to cost-effective selection among alternatives to meet readiness requirements. Utilize standard methods and techniques to perform such duties as gathering, researching, and evaluating cost analysis data. Manage engineering calculations, compiling statistical data, and conducting statistical tests for the organization. Provide insight and recommends changes or solutions to problems. Recommend improvements to the design or operation of systems, equipment, or processes. In addition to the basic education requirement listed above, you must also meet the specialized experience requirement listed below: SPECIALIZED EXPERIENCE NH-1515-02: Your resume must describe at least one year of specialized experience equivalent to the NH-01 or (GS-4 equivalent)grade level in the Federal service which includes: 1) Performing cost benefit analysis to ensure policy compliance; 2. Preparing technical reports for a variety of uses; and 3.
