Location: US – Horsham, PA or Eastern/Central USYou must be a U.S. citizen to apply for this position (contractual requirement with the US Govt.).You must successfully pass a background investigation and achieve Public Trust security clearance.Responsibilities:Lead and manage the operations research function, working closely with team members and the operations leadership.Mentor and develop supporting team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.Collaborate with senior management to align operations research projects with organizational goals.Identify opportunities to improve operational processes and reduce costs.Implement Lean Six Sigma methodologies to streamline processes and eliminate waste.Develop and execute plans to enhance enterprise efficiency and productivity.Apply mathematical modeling, statistical analysis, and optimization techniques to solve complex business problems.Utilize data analytics to identify trends, patterns, and insights that drive strategic decision-making.Develop and maintain simulation models to predict outcomes and optimize resource allocation.Design and implement dashboards to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs) and other critical metrics.Ensure dashboards provide real-time, actionable insights for decision-makers.Continuously improve dashboard functionality based on user feedback and evolving business needs.Analyze existing processes and identify areas for improvement.Develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency and effectiveness.Monitor and evaluate the impact of process improvements and make necessary adjustments.Oversee multiple operations research projects from conception to completion.Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.Communicate project progress, findings, and recommendations to stakeholders.Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and develop tailored solutions.Present complex analytical concepts and results to non-technical stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to ensure successful implementation of solutions.Required Qualifications:Master’s degree in Operations Research, Industrial Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, Data Science, or a related field.Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations research, analytics, or a related field.Proven experience in a tech environment dealing with large data sets.Demonstrated experience with Lean Six Sigma methodologies (certification preferred).Proficiency in analytical software and tools such as R, Python, SAS, or similar.Strong knowledge of optimization techniques, statistical analysis, and simulation modelingExperience with data visualization tools like Tableau, Power BI, or similar.Expertise in creating and managing dashboards to support business intelligence.Effective communication and presentation skills.Strong project management and organizational skills.Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.About LexisNexis:LexisNexis Reed Tech is a division of LexisNexis Legal and Professional.
