Who We Are: The Operations Research (OR) team at Wayfair develops cutting-edge, optimization-driven decision support systems that enhance the efficiency, speed, and cost-effectiveness of Wayfair’s end-to-end supply chain. Our team of OR scientists works in close collaboration with business and engineering partners to solve large-scale, complex challenges, delivering real-world impact and driving continuous improvement across the operations organization.
