Technical Project Coordinator

The Technical Project Coordinator ensures smooth operations and project success within the Asset Management division at Bureau Veritas. They handle data management, reporting, and process improvements to align projects with client deadlines while maintaining cost efficiency. This role involves collaboration with various teams (Field, Technology, Project Management) to optimize workflows, process, cleanse and create collection/reporting tools for large data sets, create summary/strategy documents and identify new ways to support field operations. The ideal technical project coordinator is an organized, self-starting individual who is comfortable working with large data sets, engaging with clients/stakeholders and is always looking for ways to support field operations.
What You’ll Do:
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project objectives and provide field execution support in the form of special projects. Communicate project updates and manage stakeholder expectations internally and externally Maintain detailed project documentation and assess execution to identify improvement areas Document standard operating procedures and ensure industry standards are met Provide advanced data analysis using no/low-code tools and/or Microsoft Excel Research, gather requirements, and create planning/strategy documents, report templates, and client presentationsWhat We’re Looking For:
Operational Savvy: You have a strong understanding of process optimization, resource management, and project coordination. Communication Skills: You can clearly communicate with both internal teams and clients, aligning everyone on goals and expectations. Data-Driven Mindset: You can work with our Data Intelligence team to build and use dashboards to improve decision-making and performance monitoring. Expertise in research, planning, strategy document creation, and developing custom report templates/presentations

Key Experience Factors:
Experience in buildings asset management, facility condition assessment, architecture, engineering or planning a plus, though not a requirement. Proven track record in special projects and client-facing work. Experience in research, planning, and strategy document creation Strong analytical skills, with experience using tools like dashboards for project and performance monitoring. Comfortable with managing large data sets, including organizing, cleansing and reporting
What you Need for the Role:
Education and/or Experience:
B.S. or B.A. degree in related field. Minimum of 5+ years of related experience. In lieu of degree, six years of related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for client-facing roles.

Salary range: $72,800-104,000 annually
Annual Incentive Bonus Plan
Base Pay is adjusted based on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and market location.
