JOB SUMMARY:
This position is responsible for analyzing operational performance and is an excellent fit for self-motivated critical and analytical thinkers. If you enjoy working with data and management, this may be the position for you. Your duties would include:
+ Analyzing monthly performance, perform trend and comparative analyses to determine reason for performance variations, developing recommendations and solutions and reporting results.
+ Consulting with management on the development and evaluation of operational plans.
+ Conferring with, and advising, and/or assisting others in the agency on matters concerning the Child Support Program with emphasis on outcome and output measures.
+ Participating in pilot programs and other initiatives, ensuring comprehensive and accurate performance and data analysis, and data-based decision making.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
+ Currently employed with the Florida Department of Revenue.
+ Two years of experience communicating verbally and in writing with internal and external partners.
+ Two years of experience facilitating meetings and/or work groups.
+ *Two years of experience with Microsoft Office Suite to include Excel, Visio, PowerPoint, and WORD.
+ Two years of experience communicating with customers for the purpose of resolving issues or concerns.
SUBSTITUTIONS:
+ *Education or training using MS Office Suite can substitute for the required experience. Note: If relevant education is used for the required experience request a copy of the transcript when you invite them to the interview.
PREFERENCES:
+ Two or more years of experience making recommendations for process improvements.
+ One or more years of experience providing guidance and direction on procedures or developing work instructions.
+ Two or more years of experience working in the Child Support Program.
+ One or more years of experience teaching, instructing or coaching others
SPECIAL NOTES:
+ This role is not eligible for telework.
SALARY: $46,668.00 - $63,102.48.
