Here you’ll get to:

Assist Operations Services Manager with Operations service delivery General administrative duties within the team including but not limited to coordinating meeting room bookings, chasing data requests and processing invoices Ensure all requests are within set cost boundaries, escalate any requests that incur additional costs Expense processing using SAP Assist with drafting timely internal communications, post and monitor questions on Facilities “Workplace” pages Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and contacts Perform First Aid and Fire warden duties Any other duties and ad hoc tasks as required

 

We’re looking for:

Experience providing admin support including meeting setting and processing invoices Excellent written skills on and offline, with a digitally-curious mind Strong IT skills - MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc.) Highly organised and self-motivated Confident, with the ability to communicate with stakeholders at all levels Ability to work individually and as part of a busy team Flexible approach to daily workload with a positive and proactive can-do attitude Fire Safety qualification First Aid and Defibrillator trained AV experience desired or willingness to learn
