We have an exciting opportunity to join us in supporting one of our valued customers as an Operations SME (JFACC) to work out of Offutt AFB, NE.
Essential Duties:
Serve as a Joint Force Air Component Commander (JFACC) exercise planner Provide exercise subject matter expertise to support the planning and execution of exercises to facilitate the requisite integration with the global DoD exercise community. Assist with the planning, coordination, and support for conferences and milestone events related to joint exercises or wargames, such as Concept Development Conference (CDC), Initial Planning Conference (IPC), Mid-Planning Conference (MPC), Final Planning Conference (FPC), and Master Scenario Event List (MSEL) Synchronization Conference (SYNCH). Chair planning work groups as determined by the joint exercise or wargame lead planner and Branch Chief.Required Qualifications:
Minimum of 7 years of experience with Joint doctrine and planning processes, including end-to-end operations and processes from National-level decision making through Unit-level execution. Must be able to speak authoritatively on all aspects of weapons systems operations to include mission planning, generation procedures, deployment procedures, weapons system employment tactics and publishing daily operations orders.Preferred Qualifications:
Prior experience at the USSTRATCOM Joint Force Air Component Command (JFACC) is highly desirable.Education/ Certification:
Bachelor’s degree preferredRequired Clearance: Top Secret/ SCI security clearance
