Operations Specialist, Earner Relationship & Care
**About the Role** Uber is looking for a highly motivated individual to join our US & Canada Rides Operations team as an Earner Experience Specialist. If you love owning and improving strategic processes, working with cross-functional partners, delivering meaningful results, solving problems, and improving the experience for drivers and couriers that use our platform every day, this is the role for you. We're generating vast amounts of data every day. We use this data to inform everything we do: ensure balance in the marketplace, identify ways to continually make the Uber experience better for drivers and riders, deploy incentives and promotions, understand customer behavior, develop and launch new product offerings, and more. Earner Experience specialists are responsible for identifying and solving Earner pain points, facilitating opportunities for employees to connect with Earners to hear their feedback first-hand, deploying and managing rewards that improve the Earner Experience, and working with cross-functional partners to bring Uber's strategy to life. They balance improving or innovating processes with setting and delivering on goals to meet business and Earner needs. **What You'll Do** - Program Management of in-person and virtual events that involve listening to drivers, recapping feedback effectively and ensuring that project timelines are set and met in a timely manner. - Stakeholder Management & Communication - Work with a wide variety of partners, including regional and local Ops, product, marketing, business development, and third-party partners, to deliver results. - Analyze data - Efficiently organize and analyze data from internal databases of driver feedback, live conversations with drivers, and public driver feedback (forums and chats) to identify pain points and find opportunities to improve the Earner Experience. - Solve Problems - Build innovative solutions for the opportunities you find and take an experiment-led approach to testing your hypotheses. - Create & Optimization Processes - Scale new and existing processes to ensure efficiency. **Basic Qualifications** - At least one year of professional experience in industries such as Consultancy, Finance and/or retail. - Data-first problem solver - Project management experience **Preferred Qualifications** - 2+ years of experience at Uber - Demonstrated attention to detail - Experience working in a “leading” role - comfortable with telling people what to do - Outstanding communication and organization skills - Self-motivated individual that works well independently - Strong, demonstrated leadership capabilities - Self-motivated, works independently and possesses strong organization and time management skills - SQL experience preferred For New York, NY-based roles: The base hourly rate range for this role is USD$37.50 per hour - USD$39.42 per hour. For San Francisco, CA-based roles: The base hourly rate range for this role is USD$37.50 per hour - USD$39.42 per hour. For Washington, DC-based roles: The base hourly rate range for this role is USD$37.50 per hour - USD$39.42 per hour. For all US locations, you will be eligible to participate in Uber's bonus program, and may be offered other types of comp. You will also be eligible for various benefits.
