Operations Specialist
Operations Specialist This role will support and spearhead a new pilot site for new autonomous solutions and technologies for company operations. Amazing growth opportunity! Responsibility: · Transport orders from merchant to deployment site (merchant is within walking distance from deployment station). · Preparing orders. Pick, pack, and load orders as they arrive. · Managing Inventory: Unload inventory from cars and onto warehouse shelves. Managing out of stock items, selection and reordering. · Ensure site processes run smoothly, efficiently and safely. You'll be responsible for maintaining and stocking site inventory. · At deployment site, this person will be preparing items for delivery to customer · Test, analyze, and implement new strategies for autonomous order fulfillment · This person will be a key player in troubleshooting operational issues (with guidance from our engineering team) as they arise, as well as supporting on the ground with new feature testing · Write accurate, detailed, and comprehensive daily notes · Able to work independently supporting a San Francisco based team · Ensure site processes run smoothly, efficiently and safely. You'll be responsible for maintaining and stocking site inventory. · Delight customers: Provide our customers with the best possible experience on each and every order. You will be responsible for order accuracy and fulfilment speed. · Site Organization. Clean and organize the site container. Qualifications · You are comfortable with utilizing E-bike / bicycles · You are outgoing, diplomatic, self-motivated, self-starter · Tech Savvy and have a strong passion for technology · You are a “people person” and have experience in retail sales, customer service, hospitality, or food services industries · You have a knack for building excitement and generating awareness. · You have excellent written and verbal communication skills. · Great opportunity for fresh grads who are ambitious to learn about and want to work hands-on autonomous technology Location: Frisco, Tx Hours: Rostered anywhere between Monday - Sunday 11am-7pm.
