Responsibilities:
Answering phone calls and responding to customer and Driver inquiries in a timely manner with the highest degree of courtesy and accuracy Facilitating the flow of information within the Customer Service CentreCompleting Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, and Payroll tasksEntering data from timesheets on a daily basis; performing daily audits and entering corrections; transmitting payrollEntering information into various computer systems/applicationsGenerating payroll and billing reports as neededEncouraging compliance with company policies and proceduresMaintaining accurate, organized, and up to date filing systems for all administrative recordsMaintaining security of all files and recordsScheduling and invoicing field trips and chartersPerforming general office duties including writing letters, generating reports, drafting pay-memos, copying, filing, faxing, etc.Exhibits the highest ethical best practices and personal integrity; Shares concerns about suspicious or inappropriate behavior with their supervisor or manager
