Description
We are offering a contract for a permanent position as a Call Center Representative in Naperville, Illinois. This role is within the banking industry and involves working in a dynamic call center environment, where you will be the primary point of contact for customers.
Responsibilities:
• Handle a large volume of inbound calls, providing customers with information about their accounts, banking services, transaction details, and support with online banking.
• Build and maintain sustainable relationships with customers through open and interactive communication to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Accurately and efficiently process customer transactions in compliance with bank regulations.
• Adhere to financial compliance policy and maintain customer confidentiality at all times.
• Participate in continuous learning and improvement through training sessions.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate relevant information to management when necessary.
• Utilize CRM software, databases, and other tools appropriately to record customer feedback and ensure efficient resolution of queries.
• Stay updated on bank products, services, and promotional offerings to provide appropriate solutions to customers.
• Comply with all applicable regulatory requirements, demonstrating a strong understanding of compliance and auditing procedures.
• Exhibit excellent communication and multitasking skills, effectively managing high-pressure situations.

Requirements
• Position: Call Center Representative
Experience:
• At least 1 year of experience in a call center environment
Skills:
• Proficiency in using Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software
• Competence in Data Processing
• Familiarity with 'About Time' software
• Experience in Auditing
• Proficiency in Check Processing
• Excellent Communication skills
• Understanding of Compliance regulations in a call center setting
• Expertise in Call Center Customer Service
• Knowledge of standard Call Center operations
• Familiarity with Call Center Metrics
• Experience in handling Inbound Call Center operations
