Seeking a Production Operator - Aurora, CO

Join our growing manufacturing facility and play a pivotal role in delivering top-quality products to our clients!

Key Responsibilities:Operate machinery and tools, including forklifts and power tools.Package and ship final products.Prepare materials as needed for orders.Follow standard operating procedures.Manage scrap materials and maintain accurate documentation.Uphold cleanliness and organization in the warehouse.Communicate effectively with team members and external parties.Assist across various functions as needed.Shift/Pay:First Shift: 9:00 am - 5:30 pm, Monday to Friday.Pay: $23/hr with weekly pay.Skills Required:Valid Driver’s License.3+ years of experience in order fulfillment, machine operation, or related field preferred.Basic computer skills or willingness to learn.Forklift experience required.Strong communication skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.Detail-oriented with a sense of urgency and commitment to superior service levels.Physical Requirements:Ability to lift, carry, and maneuver heavy materials up to 100 lbs.Prolonged standing and frequent bending, squatting, twisting, and reaching.Benefits:Competitive pay with weekly payouts.Opportunity to work in a dynamic and growing company.Supportive team environment.Potential for career growth and development.
