Join our dedicated team as an Operations Specialist, where you will play a crucial role in ensuring a seamless customer experience. ResponsibilitiesPull, cut, stripe/dye, or twist material as per requirements.Adhere to standard operating procedures in all tasks.Handle scrap material and breakdown unusable reels.Perform order rundowns and complete required documentation.Ensure warehouse cleanliness and organization.Operate warehouse machinery and tools, including forklifts, re-spoolers, and power tools.Assist in various tasks as needed to support team efforts.Essential SkillsHigh School Diploma or GED equivalent required.Valid Driver’s License required.3+ years of experience in order fulfillment, machine operation, or related field preferred.Basic mathematical skills for handling large numbers.Basic computer operation skills or willingness to learn.Physical ability to lift, carry, pull, and maneuver heavy materials or equipment up to 100 lbs. regularly.Additional Skills & QualificationsAbility to work independently or collaboratively as needed.Strong communication skills, suitable for a fast-paced environment.Exhibit a sense of urgency with a commitment to superior service levels.Detail-oriented with the ability to take initiative.Capability to read and understand documentation, wire descriptions, and numbers.Ability to perform repetitive movements and work in positions requiring prolonged standing, bending, squatting, twisting, and reaching.Why Work Here?

Work Environment
This is a first shift position with hours from 8:00 am to 4:30 pm, Monday through Friday. The role requires comfort with operating large machines and power tools.
