**Job Title: Operations Specialist – Dispatcher** **Location:** Dulles, VA **Shifts Available:** + **1st Shift:** 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM + **2nd Shift:** 2:00 PM – 10:30 PM + **Schedule Options:** Sunday–Thursday or Tuesday–Saturday + **Training Schedule:** Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM (3–4 weeks) + **Starting Pay:** $22/hour (increases to $23/hour after 6 months) **Job Overview:** Adecco is seeking a **highly organized and detail-oriented Operations Specialist** with **dispatcher experience** to join a leading **shipping company** in Sterling, VA.
