Job Description:
As an Operations Specialist, you will support energy efficiency projects and interact with a team of professionals by providing CCS and account management support, developing innovative reporting and analysis, and identifying business opportunities across various support functions. This position will provide an opportunity for you to apply your academic knowledge, gain exposure to major projects, and build content knowledge and consulting skills. Key Responsibilities:
Work as part of a team on the execution of energy efficiency programs for utility clients
Create and maintain spreadsheets and databases for internal & external program performance forecasting, tracking, and reporting
Create monthly daily/weekly/monthly reports for management on key findings and assessments
Analyze real-time and historical data and create reports with recommendations to identify business opportunities
Support various tools within the CCS organization, including SharePoint, CRM, and LiveChat
Assist in preparation of internal and client presentations
Other duties as required to support our work nationally and provide direct support to leadership as needed
Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree plus 2+ years of experience working with data sets or analyzing market trends
OR
HS Diploma and 4+ years of experience working with data sets or analyzing market trends
2+ years working with Microsoft Excel (Pref Pivot tables and macro experience)
Preferred Skills/Experience:
1-2 years of energy efficiency-related work, internships, or other experience
Strength in data analytics
Excellent verbal, interpersonal, and written communication skills
Some Power BI experience is ideal

Pay Range - There are multiple factors that are considered in determining final pay for a position, including, but not limited to, relevant work experience, skills, certifications and competencies that align to the specified role, geographic location, education and certifications as well as contract provisions regarding labor categories that are specific to the position.
The pay range for this position based on full-time employment is:
$45,557.00 - $77,448.00Pennsylvania Remote Office (PA99)
