Description A Venture Capital firm we are working with is looking for an Operations Associate. + They invest in late stage (pre IPO) technology companies, and most recently in the past 12 months, AI companies. They have a busy pipeline as AI companies are all raising money at the same time. + Experience in a Private Equity or Venture Capital firm. No need to have technology industry experience. + Sending out docusigns, handling subscription agreements, LP communications etc. + Responsible for fund admin, transaction operations, and coordinating closings with LPs. + Previous knowledge of Special Purpose Vehicles (SPVs) preferred Requirements + They invest in late stage (pre IPO) technology companies, and most recently in the past 12 months, AI companies.
