Description We are offering a short-term contract employment opportunity for an Operations Specialist in Carlsbad, California. As an integral part of our team, you will be tasked with managing operations in a fast-paced setting, dealing with high volume phone calls, tracking shipments, and ensuring the smooth execution of office functions. SCHEDULE: 5AM - 1:30PM FULLY ONSITE! Responsibilities: • Manage and monitor customer accounts, taking necessary actions as required • Handle high volume phone calls, providing excellent customer service at all times • Accurately process customer credit applications, ensuring compliance with company standards • Confirm deliveries and track shipments, ensuring timely delivery of goods • Carry out data entry tasks, maintaining accurate customer credit records • Utilize CRM and Microsoft Excel to manage and organize data • Ensure all documentation is accurate and up-to-date • Schedule and coordinate tasks effectively, ensuring the smooth running of office functions.
