What you will be doing:

Supervise/work with one maintenance personnelManage/schedule maintenance work orders, repairs, upgrades, and multiple projectsWork with contractors to ensure work is completed properly and that company safety policies are followed. Issue and review hazardous work permits.Provide recommendations and suggestions for improvements in any aspects relating to increased performanceTrain employees on the use of equipment as necessaryObtain quotes and submit requisitions for parts and external maintenance services.
