Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented Operations Specialist to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for data entry, updating inventory, and supporting lessee remarkets. You will work in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple tasks and ensuring accuracy in financial calculations.
ResponsibilitiesPerform data entry and upload files into the R12 systemUpdate inventory records regularlySupport lessee remarkets by sending out quotes, trade-up quotes, and contract detailsValidate numbers for open accounts receivableHandle approximately 12 phone calls, 25 quotes, and 10-15 cancellation letters per dayWork on multiple tasks, switching between supporting operations and inventory throughout the dayEssential SkillsAdvanced experience with Microsoft Office, especially ExcelExcellent communication skills and the ability to work closely with a teamStrong customer service and phone skillsAbility to multi-task effectivelyExperience in finance, administrative support, or customer service rolesAdditional Skills & Qualifications1-3 years of experience in a professional environment, preferably in financeBackground working with financial institutions or sales is preferredExcellent written and verbal communication skillsProficiency with Microsoft Word and ExcelWork Environment
Local candidates only (within 50 miles). New hires will sit with tenured team members to learn the system, staying off phones for the first 2-3 weeks. Initially, 5 days in the office are required for the first few weeks, transitioning to 3 days/week onsite for the first 3 months, and then 2 days/week onsite thereafter. Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $26.00/hr.
