This role will also involve providing support to Merrill Wealth Management branch offices, addressing inquiries related to performance reporting. **Responsibilities:** + Review and validate performance data and returns on performance platforms. + Support Merrill Wealth Management inquiries related to client performance reporting. + Analyze client account data to ensure accuracy and identify discrepancies. + Maintain a thorough understanding of investment products and vehicles. + Utilize internal platforms to complete performance measurement and analytics. + Assist in the development and improvement of operational processes. + Maintain accurate records and documentation. **Qualifications:** + Previous experience supporting an operational function at a financial institution. + Knowledge of investment products and vehicles. + Previous customer service experience. + High level of attention to detail and accuracy. + Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. + Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. + Proficiency in data entry and analysis. + Relevant coursework in finance (a plus). + Previous experience working for a broker-dealer or supporting a financial advisory team (a plus). **This position is managed by one of Adecco’s National Recruitment Teams, not your local branch.
