Job Description
You will be responsible for customer support and data entry within the logistics and freight forwarding sector. This operational role requires you to input information into Excel, follow up with customers, and ensure billing and emails are current. You will arrange pickups, coordinate trucking transportation, manage ocean carriers, and maintain constant communication with customers and overseas offices to update shipment information.
