That’s because we never lose sight of what healthcare really needs—the human touch. **Job Description** As an Operations Specialist in the HealthCare Financial Services team (HFS), you will: + **Manage financed deals** : document preparation and collation + **Book and fund new business** + **Portfolio Management** : Customer service and collections + **Investor Liasion** : ensure high service standards with our 3rd party banks + **Key interface** : work closely with our Commercial, Risk, Finance and Asset Management functions **Essential Responsibilities** + Strong participation in the maintenance of existing and development and documentation of new Operations standard operating procedures (SOP’s) + Build and maintain a strong knowledge of the core HFS leasing products and ancillary services + Work alongside Commercial support and Risk to ensure optimal deal stage visibility, processing and cash to GE HealthCare + Book and Fund – contractual document review and follow up, raising funding requests and manual bookings as necessary + In life customer management including resolving customer requests and queries, contract maintenance and amendments, early termination quotes + End of term processing of contract renewals and terminations + Management of insurance and claims procedures with end users and GE appointed brokers + Close liaison with GE HealthCare to ensure smooth reconciliation process for cash and service and maintenance + Administer the sale of transactions to chosen HFS syndication partners and responsibility for the ongoing administration of these sales + Provide regular reporting to local and European team on key defined Ops CTQ’s and portfolio needs + Delivery within agreed partner service level agreements **Your Profile** + Professional education degree in Banking, Finance, Business Administration or similar + Strong communication skills in German and English + Able to develop trusting relationships with external and internal clients + Self-driven, positive, able to plan, prioritise and focused on service delivery / execution + Proven experience working inclusively within teams and across functions + Good problem solving skills and ability to think through complex issues clearly **Desired Characteristics that can also be trained "on-the-job" are:** + Previous leasing and Operations experience desirable + Knowledge of the Healthcare market and Industrial Finance **Why Join Us?** + **Innovative Environment** : Work with cutting-edge medical equipment and innovative financing solutions + **International Team** : Collaborate with colleagues from around the world + **Flexibility** : Enjoy the option to work from home up to 3 days a week + **Professional Growth** : Take on additional responsibilities and grow your career with us If you are ready to take on this exciting challenge and make a significant impact in the healthcare finance sector, we would love to hear from you!
