Aon Is Looking For An Operations Specialist I The Operations Specialist I with Aon Business Services – Integrated Services and will support our Healthcare Individuals Program. This is a Hybrid position located in Fort Washington, PA. Job Responsibilities: Responsible for responding to client inquiries for new, renewal and endorsement processes. Assesses the needs of the client and can act as advisor or processor, depending on the request. Ability to revise templates or create freeform responses. Responsible for creating financial transactions (automated and manual) to debit / credit policy accounts depending on the nature of the request. Assists with training, system testing and process changes. Special projects as assigned You Bring Knowledge and Expertise Required Experience: 2+ years of office work experience Insurance industry work experience preferred Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong PC skills - proficiency in Word, Excel, OneNote, Outlook, Teams Attention to detail with a high level of accuracy and customer service focus Demonstrated use of sound judgment skills with solid decision-making abilities Ability to multi-task and independently prioritize work Independent problem-solving skills Basic Math Skills Preferred experience: Property and Casualty license preferred Required to obtain the P&C license within 6 months of hire date Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience How we support our colleagues In addition to our comprehensive benefits package, we encourage a diverse workforce. The salary range for this position is $40,000 to $50,000 annually. The actual salary will vary based on applicant’s education, experience, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data. The salary may also be adjusted based on applicant’s geographic location.
