Our Client, a Banking company, is looking for an Operations Specialist III for their Pennington, NJ/Hybrid location. Responsibilities: + Email inquiries for Equities, Options & Fixed Income financial products + Provides trade reporting support, including several trade reports that are sent out each day + Trade booking and research of reconciliation breaks + Handling of Trading Rejects & Exceptions each day. This includes cancelling and adjusting of some orders + Cross training on financial investment products and how to support them Requirements: + Excel, Word, Outlook, Communication, Attention to Detail, Phone & Service Minded skillset + Knowledge of financial markets.
