Our Client, a Banking company, is looking for an Operations Specialist (Level III) for their Pennington, NJ/Hybrid location. Responsibilities: + Responsible for supporting the business applications used by 401k Operations/Retirement Operations and fielding issues or inquires reported by Processing, Client Services, Financial Services and Compliance teams. + Responsibilities include research and analysis on system issues with mainframe transactions. + Develop system specs for ad-hoc requests needed in global reporting requests, cross plan transaction requests, and cross plan correction requests. + Manage and support global issues that may occur and create action plans for global issue resolution.
