Operations Specialist - North Europe
The main purpose of the role 'Operation Specialist' is to deliver of technical services (advise, consultation and training) to a wide range of Technical Service Agreements (TSA) customers and JVs in the region. The role will be directly customer facing and require good interpersonal and relationship skills. The role is an integrated part of the Operations and HSSE team North Europe that is accountable for the safe and efficient delivery of aviation operations in the region.
The role works closely with the local TSA lead and TSA customers to develop strategy and commercialise air bps technical and operational expertise.
In this role You will:
Support the delivery of Technical Service Agreements (TSA)Deliver training for the TSA customers in the region.Preparing and supervising invoices and payments.Follow-up TSA contracts and conduct annual review to ensure the scope is being delivered and end dates proactively managed to grow the business.Work with customers to support the region TSA to identify new prospects and upselling opportunities to existing accounts.Supporting UK TSA on an adhoc basis.Represent in air bp JVs operational committees.Support the Training Lead Sweden & Finland in capability building for the region.Work closely with the Manager Operations Sweden & Finland, to supervise and continuously improves the safety culture in the region.What You will need to be successful:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in engineering (or Technical subject area)Significant experience & knowledge of the Aviation Industry.Proficiency in English and Norwegian/Swedish language are essentialExperience in risk assessment and managementGood contractor management skills.Ability to work seamlessly and effectively cross functionally in a matrix organisation across different regions internationallyNetworking across boundaries and across businesses.Experience in training.inspection and maintenance managementProcess safetyRisk assessment and managementSafety and riskTraining knowledge
