Operations & Strategy Manager

What You'll Do:

Own and optimize the display workflow and process, both at a high level and for specific retailers

Develop and implement strategies to increase ad product performance, media planning and campaign success

Manage and refine the retailer and brand coordination process from planning through to approval process to identify efficiencies in demand supply coordination

Develop and implement media plan best practices, including packaging and optimization recommendations

Establish and maintain feedback loops with cross-functional teams including sales, account management, product, ops, media planners etc.

Collect and synthesize product feedback for improvement opportunities for both strategy and product roadmap

Automate ticket workflows to minimize gaps and increase efficiency

Develop and deliver educational materials and case studies to enable team success to build out display performance playbook

Identify and analyze opportunities to maximize yield for our retailer partners

Who You Are:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field

5+ years of experience in the ad tech industry, with a strong focus on programmatic advertising, experience with display within retail media preferred

Proven track record in process improvement and workflow optimization

Excellent analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights

Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously

Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact effectively with various stakeholders

Experience in cross-functional team leadership and collaboration

Proficiency in relevant software and tools used in the ad tech industry

Process-oriented with a keen eye for detail and efficiency

Able to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment

Self-starter who is resourceful and agile

Skilled in managing cross-functional communication

Curious in nature and capable of diving deep into complex problems and summarizing findings clearly

Proactive in identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions

Passionate about ad tech and staying current with industry trends

Positive outlook with a can do attitude

The US base salary pay range for this position per year is:

$111,000 - $140,000
