What the job involves:  As a remote Operations Intern, you will have the opportunity to work closely with JLL leadership and gain hands-on experience in supporting various projects, including operations, enablement, analytics, business intelligence (BI), research, and communications. This internship is ideal for individuals with a keen interest in data centers, who are eager to contribute to advancing different aspects of our business.

As an Operations Intern at JLL, you will:

Conduct online searches and thorough research to gather relevant information for data analysis and decision-making processes.Draft requests for information and data to support operational initiatives.Complete data input and perform detailed analyses to identify trends, patterns, and key insights.Process and organize large amounts of data, information, and research in a structured manner for easy access and future reference.Communicate effectively with team members and senior management, providing regular updates on project milestones, findings, and recommendations.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support special projects and assist in achieving project objectives.Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and documentation to effectively communicate findings and recommendations.Maintain accuracy and attention to detail while working under tight deadlines.Stay up-to-date on industry trends, market insights, and emerging technologies relevant to the Data Center Business Unit.Support other ad-hoc duties and responsibilities as necessary.

Program Details

Dates: June 2nd, 2025 – August 8th, 2025Applicants must reside within Eastern Standard (preferred) or Central Standard Time zones.

Education, Skills, and Experience

Currently enrolled in an accredited bachelor's degree program in Business, Engineering, Marketing, or a related field.0-2 years of relevant work experience, including experience with research, analytics, and/or reporting.Ability to collaborate and communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders across different geographical locations.Strong interpersonal skills, with an ability to work well in a team-oriented environment.Working knowledge of online search engines and analytical tools such as SmartSheet, Tableau, and JLL Databases (training will be provided for JLL-specific tools).Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Teams.Experience with SharePoint is a plus.

We do not offer relocation assistance or housing for our internship program.

Estimated total compensation for this position:

7,200.00 – 10,800.00 USD per year

The total compensation range is an estimate and not guaranteed. An employment offer is based on an applicant's education, experience, skills, abilities, geographic location, internal equity and alignment with market data .
