Job Summary:
The Operations Supervisor will manage the entire MENA Fine Blanking operation from raw
material to finished product. He/She will collaborate with cross-functional teams for a safe
product launch. He/She will troubleshoot stamping line issues, collaborate with the
The maintenance team, when needed, fixes quality issues with the assistance of the Meneta Denmark
and MENA Quality teams.
Principle Responsibilities
+ Manage the entire MENA fine blanking operation.
+ Ensure customers on time delivery.
+ Trouble shoot stamping line issues, quality issues, with the assistance of the Meneta
+ Denmark and MENA Quality teams.
+ Collaborate with the Maintenance team to ensure that the stamping lines are running.
+ Focus on continuous improvement with the Quality team and the Meneta Denmark Fine
+ Blanking Components team.
+ Assists with special projects as required.
Qualifications:
+ A high school diploma or equivalent is required, and BA/BS is preferred.
+ Requires some experience in a stamping operation environment, preferably in fine
+ blanking.
+ Strong technical skills (Toolmaker, machinist will be preferred).
+ Hands-on.Good knowledge of PLC controls, hydraulic systems, and drawings.
+ Solid computer skills (Word, Excel, Outlook).
+ Strong attention to detail.
+ Willingness to learn.
+ Willingness to work as a team.
+ Excellent communication skills up/down the organization. Strong planning,
+ organizational and follow-up skills.
+ Experience with logistics and supply chain management, ERP is a plus.
+ Self-driven and able to work independently.
+ Willingness to adapt to a dynamic work environment.
