If you are looking for career development or simply a great place to be, consider joining us as a Warehouse Operations Supervisor at our distribution center in Bethlehem, PA **Your Role** In this role, you will lead a team and have general responsibility for coordinating daily warehouse activities to ensure the full and efficient operation of your assigned area. Your typical shift will be Monday - Friday, 5:00 pm – 1:30 am . As a 3PL provider, we will count on your leadership skills to help drive excellent service for our valued customers. **Your Responsibilities** + Supervise and develop the performance of your team through effective training, coaching, and motivational strategies + Drive a culture of belonging in a diverse workforce where all associates feel safe, valued, and included + Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide timely feedback to team members + Implement strategies to ensure the highest quality of work, optimize warehouse efficiency and productivity, and meet or exceed KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) + Ensure safe operations and healthy environments for employees, customers, vendors, and visitors + Ensure shipments are accurate and free of damage, product is counted, and all necessary records and reports are completed accurately and on time + Help maintain the security of the warehouse and assure the integrity of inventory + Implement continuous improvement action plans + Be flexible to work overtime and perform other responsibilities as needed **Your Skills and Experiences** + High school diploma or equivalent + 3+ years of experience in a warehouse environment + 2 or more years in a supervisory role + At least 1 year of experience operating powered industrial trucks + Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) + Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus **Good Reasons to Join** There has never been a better time to work in logistics.
