Job Description: Position Summary: Are you an experienced supervisor with experience in claims? If so, then we have an exciting opportunity for you! The Gallagher Center of Excellence is looking for a Claims Operations Supervisor to lead our claims handling support team. Check it out below! How you'll make an impact Effectively lead at team of 8 - 15 individuals who provide clerical/administrative support for claims handling. Actively participate in the hiring process for subordinate staff, ensuring the selection of qualified candidates. Manage job performance of assigned staff, using approved corporate policies to address behavior and/or performance issues. Prepare performance evaluations and suggest merit increases within corporate guidelines and with manager approval. Analyze data and develop reports as assigned to provide information on important measurements. About You About You: High school diploma or GED equivalent and a minimum of 4 years of relevant work experience. Proven experience in a supervisory role within insurance, claims or administrative support environment. You are a strong leadership with team management skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
