Operations Supervisor

Adecco is hiring for an Operations Supervisor for a large-scale Engineering, Repair, and Logistics company that services the country’s largest wireless telecommunications providers.
Hourly Pay rate: $20-$25 per hour
Shift- 4 pm-12:30 am
**Summary:**
This independent, hands-on Supervisor will be responsible for the overall business performance and staff productivity within an operation. Specifically, responsibilities of this position include:
+ Oversee specific operations within the branch to ensure efficient and productive processes.
+ Lead and motivate teams of employees, ensuring that they meet performance goals and operational targets.
+ Manage and analyze reports and statistics to monitor business performance.
+ Ensure adherence to quality standards and consistently meet customer expectations.
+ Resolve customer issues, including turnaround time, and ensure satisfaction.
+ Provide input for process improvements and lead the implementation of new processes.
+ Maintain a strong focus on on-time delivery and foster a 100% on-time mentality within the organization.
+ Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by management.
**Required Skills:**
+ Proven experience in operations management, particularly in high-volume and fast-paced environments.
+ Strong team-building and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire staff.
+ Background in high-volume distribution is preferred.
+ Excellent leadership and decision-making ability.
+ Proactive problem-solving skills to address operational challenges.
+ Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and other spreadsheet applications.
+ A technical background is a plus.
**Experience:**
+ 2-4 years of supervisory experience, ideally in a production or service environment.
+ Experience with managing P&L and budgets is preferred.
**Pay Details:** $20.00 to $25.00 per hour
