If so, let's start the conversation. **WHAT’S IN IT FOR YOU?** * FULL BENEFITS – 1st Day of Employment * Competitive Pay with Annual Merit Increases * 2 Weeks Paid Vacation, 7 Paid Holidays + Sick Pay * 401 K (with company match) & Employee Stock Purchase Program * Company Paid Uniforms & Safety Footwear * Tuition Reimbursement **PAY:** Starting at 72K based on experience (Must be able to pass a Government Clearance) **SCHEDULE:** Monday - Friday **HOURS:** 7:00 AM - 5:00 PM (available on weekends as needed) **LOCATION:** 624 NE Jones Industrial Dr. Lee’s Summit MO 64064 **RESPONSIBILITIES** ·Administers and operates the organization's warehouses, including processing, destruction, and storage of all physical assets. ·Accounts for all assets in the stores facilities; audits goods received into warehouse. ·Oversees receipt, storage, moves and shipment of assets, and related reporting in accordance with established procedures. ·Prepares and coordinates schedules for shipping and receiving materials to control the flow of goods and regulate warehouse space. ·Ensures the effectiveness of operating procedures, space utilization, and maintenance and protection of facilities and equipment. **REQUIREMENTS** ·Must be able to obtain a government clearance in order to service customer contracts (Government Customers) ·Must be able to oversee employees in multiple markets/sites and be able to maintain daily goals/targets/deadlines ·Must be able to answer contractors/vendors/customer/employee calls throughout the days and evenings and be available as the business needs ·Must be willing to travel (with notice) to assist the company as needed ·Should have a good knowledge of Google Platform as we utilize a bunch of those applications daily ·Must be a team-player and be motivated to succeed not only at a Market Level but as a Territory Level as well. ·Must have strong Customer Skills as the position requires daily contact with many customers, mainly GOVT contracts \#TRS \#GE Category: Operations Group Iron Mountain is a global leader in storage and information management services trusted by more than 225,000 organizations in 60 countries.
