ABOUT THE ROLE

The licensed Property & Casualty Insurance Agency Operations Lead’s primary responsibility is to provide excellent customer service to all policyholders and document and create processes for the newly formed insurance agency as directed by executive management.

 

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Customer Service: Respond promptly to client inquiries via phone, email, and in-person. Assist clients with policy changes, billing questions, and claims guidance. Provide accurate and thorough information on insurance products and coverage options. Policy Management: Process policy endorsements, renewals, and cancellations efficiently. Utilize EZLynx to manage client records and ensure data accuracy. Conduct account reviews to identify cross-sell or upsell opportunities. Administrative Tasks: Maintain organized client files and documentation. Assist agents with quotes, applications, and follow-ups as needed. Ensure compliance with agency and carrier guidelines. Agency Processes Creates and owns all agency processes.

 

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

High school diploma or equivalent. 1-2 years insurance experience Active Property & Casualty license required. Proficient with Microsoft Word, Outlook Excel and AMS360, PL Rater or similar agency management software. Effective communication and interpersonal skills. Good organizational skills with ability to multitask and work independently. Excellent organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Professionalism and commitment to provide top-tier client service. Bilingual/Spanish preferred. Experience with multiple carriers and understanding of their individual guidelines. Knowledge of additional insurance products such as commercial lines.
