**Job Title: Operations Supervisor** **Job Description** We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Operations Supervisor to oversee operators and machinists in the Hydromat and CNC area. The successful candidate will manage approximately 30 people in a highly automated environment, ensuring smooth and efficient operations. **Responsibilities** + Supervise operators and machinists in the Hydromat and CNC area on the 2nd shift + Oversee the larger operations department, including CNC machines, hydromats, grinders, and more + Ensure smooth and efficient operations of highly automated machines + Manage and lead a team of approximately 30 people + Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment **Essential Skills** + At least 2 years of previous supervisory experience within a manufacturing environment + Previous experience as a higher-level machine operator or machinist + Strong leadership skills + Valid driver's license **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Experience in CNC machine operation + Production management skills **Why Work Here?** Enjoy a positive work culture with low turnover. There are over 50 machines in the facility, mostly CNC machines. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $58240.00 - $66560.00/yr.
