Responsibilities\nCoordinate with related internal department (transport, shipping coordinator and customs) to ensure that each shipment will be smoothly operated and completed.\nContainer cargo plan for export finish goods by using optimizer software to maximize space utilization under various constraints such as stacking, product type, gross weight, and container type.\nSummarize container cargo plan to customers and adjust plan to meet with customer or consignee requirements.\nCoordinate with an optimizer software developer to improve and develop functions to meet with customer requirements.\nControl warehouse outbound operation (picking, inspection, scanning, loading, etc.) to achieve export plan in terms of quality, efficiency, and accuracy.\nConsole related evidence for each shipment such as invoice, packing list, picking list, container check list, etc., in case special requirement from customer.\nRequirements\nBachelor’s degree in related filed.\nMale or female.\nExperience in management or strong supervisory.\nExperience in Warehouse / Supply Chain position.\nFluency in spoken and written English.\nLean & Quality / Logistics Continuous Improvement Job Scope related.\nAdvance skills in Microsoft Excel and good in Microsoft Word and PowerPoint, can perform Microsoft Access and Microsoft BI will be advantage.\nExperience in SAP system is preferred.\nHigh effective communicator, good at interpersonal skills, good analytical and problem-solving skills, good planner.\nProfessionally handle / work under pressure & complex environment.\nSelf-Motivated and Objective-Oriented person.\nCan deal with all deadline work effectively and independently, sense of urgency.\nOpen-minded and flexible attitude, adaptable, customer focused, and result oriented.\nStrong team spirit and leadership/management skills.\nStrong interpersonal skills, have coaching skills.\n
