Level 1-Estimated annual base pay: Min $66,400.00 - Mid $83,000.00 - Max $99,600.00Plus shift differential

Woodward is hiring for an AWS Operations Supervisor to support our weekend shift team at our Warehouse (MPW). The position is responsible for leading and motivating diverse group of individuals to meet our customer demands and maintain accurate inventory. Individuals with experience in a leadership role are encouraged to apply.
Our AWS/Weekend shift schedule is 6am- 6:30pm Friday, Saturday, and Sunday.
Location: Machesney Park Warehouse (MPW) in Machesney Park
What You Will Be Doing
Supporting and supervising members to achieve daily pick rates and inventory management at our Machesney Park Warehouse (MPW).Responsible for managing new members regarding training, coaching, mentoring and disciplinary action.Manage daily, monthly, quarterly metrics for the members and the warehouse performance metrics.Ensure members adhere to all work instructions and quality requirements.Leading and participating in continuous improvement projects on the shop floor regarding processes, workflow, and building layout.Leading and participating in continuous improvement projects on the shop floor regarding processes, workflow, and building layout.Responsible for managing budget, indirect labor expenses, purchase orders, etc.Actively motivates direct reports and team/project members.What We Are Looking For
