Responsibilities/Duties:
The Operations Supervisor is responsible for all their assigned employees to comply with all applicable regulations (e.g. Good Clinical Practice (CGP), Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) and Good Laboratory Practice (GLP) in the performance of their role. In addition, supervises a laboratory team conducting bioanalytical analysis in support of preclinical and clinical studies. Ensures scientific quality and client service targets are achieved.

Performs people management duties including but not limited to recruitment activities, ensures staff are trained, addresses performance issues, recognition, performance evaluation activities, and salary administration. Minimum Required:
3-5 years related laboratory and/or industry experience1-2 years of supervisory experienceClient facing experienceEffective verbal and written communication skillsKnowledge of regulations, preferably in a contract laboratory environmentInterpersonal skillsAbility to time manage, plan, prioritize, and negotiateAbility to lead meetings and presentationsEducation/Qualifications/Certifications and Licenses

BS/BA degree in Science, or equivalent degree.This position is onsite in our Chantilly, VA office.

Pay - Starts at $80k and goes up based on education and experience
