The position will be responsible for evaluating, planning, directing, and coordinating the activities of the practice. The operations supervisor may be asked to undertake various special projects. Performs and/or delegates duties of staff members in the practice manager's absence. Performs duties and responsibilities in a manner consistent with our mission, values, and Mercy Service Standards. Qualifications: Experience: One or more years of clinic experience or one or more years of prior supervisory experience is required. Previous supervisory experience preferred. Required Education: High School graduate or equivalent. Preferred Education: Associates degree or some college courses preferred. Other: Ability to read and communicate effectively in English. Above average computer skills. Additional languages preferred.
